We understand that parents may be eager to register their children for the 2026-27 school year, and we know so many students are excited to see their schedules and teachers! Thank you for your patience while we wait on Skyward access to be restored so we can prepare to open online registration!
While we wait, here are a few things you may want to do to help make the start of the school year and the registration process smoother:
PURCHASE SCHOOL SUPPLIES - The EPES supply lists can be found here, and WCMS lists are here. WCHS does not provide official supply lists. Please make sure your high school student is prepared with paper and pencils on the first day of school, and the teachers will let them know if they need anything else.
READ THE CHROMEBOOK AGREEMENTS - If you’d like to read this year’s Chromebook Agreements, you can do that ahead of time so you’re ready to fill out the online acknowledgement at registration. The EPES Chromebook Agreement is here, and the WMCS/WCHS copy can be found here.
MEDICATION AUTHORIZATION FORM - If your child takes prescription medication or treatments while at school, an authorization form signed by a physician must be submitted each year. If your child needs one, it can be found here, printed, and filled out and signed by your doctor now so it’s ready for the first day of school.
PREPARE FOR PAYMENTS - Once Skyward is up and running, you will be able to make online payments for the year. You can also bring in cash or check payments anytime the school offices are open. Please plan ahead for the following payments:
Lunch money
Optional (but recommended) Chromebook insurance ($25)
Outstanding fees

We plan to host an assistance night where parents can come in if they need help with online registration. The date for that will be announced once we open registration access.
